Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Orders placed before the cut-off time are processed the same day
• Orders placed after cut-off will be processed the next working day

You will receive a confirmation and tracking details once your order is shipped.

Delivery Options
⚡ Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery in selected Emirates based on the following cut-off times:

• Dubai: Order before 2:00 PM
• Abu Dhabi, Sharjah & Ajman: Order before 10:00 AM

Orders placed after these times will be delivered the next working day.

Next-Day Delivery (UAE)

• Available across all Emirates
• Order before 4:00 PM for next-day delivery

Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered within 2 working days

Standard Delivery
Delivery within 2–3 working days depending on location

Delivery Charges

• AED 23 for prepaid (online payment) orders
• AED 28 for Cash on Delivery (AED 23 + AED 5 COD fee)

Free Delivery

• Enjoy FREE delivery on orders above AED 100

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout.

❌ Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability:

• Re-delivery charges may apply
• Orders may be cancelled after repeated failed attempts
